For the first time! Ijara MB – Business from Eldik Bank

In Kyrgyzstan, for the first time among banks, a new Islamic financial product is being launched – “Ijara MB - Business”

JSC “Eldik Bank” within the framework of the Islamic window presents a new product – “Ijara MB - Business” for individual entrepreneurs and legal entities.

Purpose of financing:

Rental of property with subsequent purchase under the Ijarah Muntahiyah Bittamlik (Ijarah MB) agreement, including:

- All types of agricultural machinery and mounted/trailer equipment,

- Specialized equipment,

- Industrial/technological/production and other equipment,

- Buildings, structures and other property for business.

Financing conditions:

🔹 Initial payment: from 10% of the property value (used as the first payment) 

🔹 Financing amount: from 50,000 soms 

🔹 Term: up to 72 months 

🔹 Remuneration:

- in soms from 1.42% per month*

- in US dollars from 0.75% per month*

*(calculated as rent under the Ijara MB agreement and depends on the term and value of the property).

Collateral: 

- With an initial payment of 30% of the property value, the purchased property serves as a guarantee for repayment. 

- With an initial payment of less than 30%, additional collateral (real estate) is required.

- For specific equipment - as security it is necessary to provide a building with land where it will be installed.
