Eldik Bank OJSC is a partner of the international forum BIFF 2025 (Bishkek International Finance Forum), confirming its status as one of the key drivers of digital transformation and sustainable development of the financial system of Kyrgyzstan.
The forum brought together representatives of government agencies, international organizations, banks and fintech companies to discuss the future of the region's financial ecosystem. As part of the plenary session and panel discussions, speakers from Eldik Bank made expert reports, demonstrating a strategic vision in the field of innovative solutions, digitalization of services and cybersecurity.
Thus, in the plenary session "Innovations, digital transformation and sustainable development" with the participation of international partners and regulators, the head of the project office of Eldik Bank OJSC Tatyana Shakhin presented the El.Kalkan cybersecurity project, and also spoke in more detail about the bank's joint project with the Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan - Banks.Kalkan.
Representatives of the bank also took part in two specialized panel discussions: “Digital Transformation, Payments for Individuals and SMEs” and “Cybersecurity, Anti-Fraud, and Risk Management”.
Sergey Kayuk, Head of Fraud Monitoring and Dispute Resolution Department for Card Transactions at Eldik Bank, gave a presentation on the Internet acquiring opportunities offered by the bank.
Andrey Zheltyshev, Leading Specialist of the Information Security Service, presented Eldik Bank’s approaches to personal data protection and cyber resilience.
Participation in BIFF 2025 highlighted Eldik Bank’s leading role in digital transformation, as well as its commitment to developing financial inclusion, introducing innovations, and promoting sustainable development principles in Kyrgyzstan.
